To prevent high blood pressure for you who still have normal blood pressure or to overcome high blood pressure for those who already have high blood pressure, then these are simple practical suggestions you can do easily:
- Reduce salt in your diet. If you already suffer from high blood pressure you should avoid foods that contain salt.
- Consume foods containing potassium, magnesium and calcium. Potassium, magnesium and calcium can reduce high blood pressure.
- Reduce or avoid alcohol. If you suffer from high blood pressure, you should avoid excessive alcohol consumption.

Stroke cases increased in developed countries like America, where obesity and junk food has become an epidemic. Based on U.S. statistics, every year there are 750,000 new stroke cases in the United States. It means that every 45 minutes, there was one person in America who suffered a stroke.
Stroke is the rapidly loss of brain function due to disturbance in the blood supply to the brain. Stroke can be caused by ischemia i.e the lack of oxygen and glucer supply caused or thrombosis or embolism or due to bleeding (hemorrhagic). As a result, the affected area of the brain can not function, causing an inability to move one or more limbs on one side of the body, inability to understand or formulate speech or inability to see one side of the visual field
Stroke divided into two types: ischemic stroke and hemorrhagic stroke. In ischemic stroke, the blood flow to the brain stopped because atherosclerosis (cholesterol buildup in blood vessel walls) or a blood clot that has clogged the blood vessels to the brain. Many people usually think that diabetes only attact adult or mature one or simply resulted from hereditary factors. Yet, everyone can suffer from diabetes, young or old, and that is including YOU. However, you need to understand that “you are not alone”.

Hypertension is a condition where blood pressure rises above normal in a long run. Hypertension is a disorder that difficult to know by our self. The only way to know hypertension is to measure our bloodpressure regularly.

Someone realized that he or she suffers from hypertension as complications had occurred. So hypertension would be just realized when there were malfunctioning organs such as coronary heart disease, kidney function disorder, cognitive dysfunction or stroke. Laugh and giggle can help people with diabetes improve cholesterol level and reduce the risk of vascular disease and heart disease, according to a new study.
According to Lee Berk of Loma Linda University, who lead the study, lifestyle choices striking impact on the health and disease as well as this is a matter of choice between prevention and treatment.
The researchers divided 20 high-risk diabetic patients who all suffered from high blood pressure and hyperlipidemia (blood vessel disease and heart) into two groups that both were given the standard diabetes drug.
